Clarity Pharmaceuticals (ASX: CU6) (“Clarity” or “Company”), a clinical-stage radiopharmaceutical company with a mission to develop next-generation products that improve treatment outcomes for patients with cancer, is pleased to announce, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the date of its AGM will be 25 November 2026.
In accordance with Clarity’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is 7 October 2026.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be sent to shareholders. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and on the Company’s website.
